• Mount the quick-connect base to your vehicle's flag pole mount or whip bracket
• Connect the wiring harness to your vehicle's power source (12V)
• Pair the BC2 Controller and wireless RF remote
• Insert the whip into the quick-connect base and lock into place
• Power on and configure your color patterns via the remote or BC2 app
